6-Year-Old Injured in Orlando Traffic Incident
A traffic accident in Orlando on Saturday resulted in a 6-year-old girl being hospitalized. The accident, which is still under investigation, seems to have resulted from the young child being aboard a mini-bike being driven by her mother’s boyfriend when they were hit by another car at the intersection of Rio Grande Avenue and Rose Boulevard close to 11:00 in the morning. Of particular interest to the authorities in this instance is the mini-bike itself, which was immediately recognized as a piece of homemade equipment and therefore not legally allowed to be traveling along the roadways which it was on at the time of the incident.
