Three Car Crash in Orange County Results in Numerous Injuries
Numerous people were injured and hospitalized after an incident that happened this past Wednesday in Orange County. According to reports from the Orange County Fire Rescue service, it was close to 8:00 in the evening when numerous vehicles became helplessly intertwined along Narcoossee Road, close to where this street crosses Sanctuary Crossing Road. While the report from the Orange County Fire Rescue did not offer many details relating to the circumstances around the collision, it does seem apparent that the auto accident was a serious one and that numerous people suffered from injuries as a result.
Three Injured in Two-vehicle Florida Crash
According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, a two-car crash left three people injured. The July 31st accident happened at the intersection of Highway 27 and Highway 98 in Frostproof, Florida. Based on the police report, it seems that a 35-year-old female was driving her 2000 Pontiac Sunfire west on Highway 98 and, while attempting to turn left onto Highway 27 south, ran through a red light. As she went through the intersection, she was struck on the driver’s side by an oncoming white 2017 Nissan Rogue driven by a 26-year-old male.
Driver Crashes After Heart Attack on I-4 in Volusia County
This past Friday, July 20th, an individual was driving a car with members of his family down northbound Interstate 4, inside of Volusia County, when he suffered from a heart attack. Marion Police Looking for Answers in Drag Racing Death
Police working within Marion County are still looking for answers regarding a traffic incident that resulted in the death of a 44-year-old Ocala man believed to be involved in a drag race on the 21st of April. According to official police reports, the incident happened inside of County Road 316’s eastbound lanes, where the posted speed limit is 55 miles per hour. Police Chase From Orange-Seminole County Ends in Crash
Orange County deputies on duty this past Friday became involved in a chase that spanned several counties throughout Florida and ended in a collision between a car and a fence. Reports from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office state that the event began after deputies attempted to perform an arrest on a 19-year-old individual who was wanted in connection with an armed robbery. One Dead in Crash At Orange Blossom Trail Intersection
A collision between a Toyota van and a Chevy Impala at the intersection of Old 441 and Orange Blossom Trail this past Thursday (June 21st) resulted in one death and several injuries as well as an investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol that remains underway even at the time of this writing. What seems clear is that the incident happened close to 4:00 in the afternoon, after a woman from Mount Dora who was driving the Impala down Old 441 attempted to make a turn from this road onto Orange Blossom Trail. Fatal Collision with Front-End Loader in Volusia County
A statement from the Florida Highway Patrol released on Wednesday, May 23rd, reported on an incident that took place earlier on that same morning along U.S. 92 in Volusia County. According to this statement, a woman who was not named was behind the wheel of a 2015 Dodge Dart as she approached Brick Road. It was close to 8:30 in the morning, and at the same time as the woman in the Dart closed in on the intersection she also closed in on a front-end loader/tractor that was making its way down the road at a much slower pace.
